Hi. My name is Chad Cole and I’m a Toronto-based artist. 


I've been lucky to travel Canada from Cape Spear to Tofino - with a thousand stops between. Beyond Canada, my wife and our two sons had the opportunity to live in Europe for a few years. I love wandering through great cities and galleries.


Born in Quebec, I now live in Toronto’s east

Ideas come from everywhere and my phone  has become home for all sorts of people, places and things that catch my eye. 


  My paintings are often figurative and take on many themes but most typically focusing on life, society and human nature. My use of colour conveys optimism. There’s also some humour. My goal is to bring a viewer into the
